How long have you been in business?
Premier Design has been in business since 1995, and we have over 35 years of combined graphic design experience.
What is your specialty?
Great design with the focus on quality rather than quantity. We specialise in professional website design, branding and logo design, property brochure design and exhibition stand graphics predominantly, but have a wide variety of design skills, experience and projects. What kind of projects have you worked on before?
Where do we start?! We've designed everything from grain-dryer brochures and rail catering company brand identity to floor-standing point of sale displays and an electrical contractor's website, and almost anything in-between! Take a look at our portfolio or case studies to see examples of some of the projects we've worked on.
What is your pricing structure?
As you can imagine, every project we do is different, so we don't have a set fee. Once we know what you want, we'll send you an estimate taking your project specifications into account, based on an hourly rate and any extra products or services you need.
I know exactly what I want. Can I get a discount on your price, because you won't have to do as much work?
As experienced graphic designers, we'll still need to work on your ideas to get the desired result, so you will be charged accordingly. Of course the more info you give us the easier it is to give you exactly what you want!
What are your payment terms?
If this is the first time we're working with you, then we'll ask you for a deposit when you accept our quote in order to start work on your project. The balance will be due on completion. Once we get to know you a bit better and have worked with you on a few projects, we'll look at increasing credit terms to 30 days from date of invoice.
Who will I work with on this project? Who does the actual design work?
You'll be working closely with one of our in-house senior designers. All the work is done in our studio which means you'll be able to speak to your designer at any time during project and you're always welcome to come in and see us.

What if I'm not happy with the design?
At the risk of sounding immodest, we think this is highly unlikely and believe that our experience and our initial chat with you will produce results that actually exceed your expectations! However, if we really do miss the mark, we'll offer to re-design as part of our service, even if this means that we lose out financially. If the revised drafts still aren't acceptable, we're at the crossroads where you can either pay extra for us to produce more designs, or walk away after paying 50% of our fee.
Once it's designed, can you print it for us?
Absolutely! Over the course of many years, we've accumulated a list of preferred suppliers, including printers, who we trust to do a great job. This takes the worry of finding a good printer away from you, as it can be a minefield. We use local printers wherever possible which helps reduce our carbon footprint.
Do you have references?
Plenty! If you'd like references, we're more than happy to supply some, otherwise take a look at our case studies or testimonials.
Can you send me some samples?
Our portfolio is a good reflection of the variety and quality of our work, but if you'd like to get your hands on a physical copy in the flesh, we'd be more than happy to show you samples of our work over a cup of coffee.
